This light milk only has 1.6% of fat, giving it a lighter taste yet retaining full flavour and body. With a reputation for having a strong body and flavour with only 1.6% fat. It was awarded Gold at the 2018 Australian Food Awards and awarded the “Overall Milk Champion” for its class at the 2018 DIAA Victorian Dairy Product Competition.

St David Dairy

From humble beginnings in 2013, St David Dairy began with the hand-bottling of fresh farm milk on St David Street in the heart of Fitzroy.
The founder was a fourth generation dairy farmer who wanted to bring the dairy back into the daily lives of inner-city locals and since has seen the community embrace their award-winning milk, yoghurt, butter and cream.
Each day, they take in pure milk delivered from their carefully selected farmers in Gippsland.
