The hero ingredient in this version of Italy’s infamous arrabbiata sauce is the long red chilli, capsicum annuum. The mighty chilli comes in many shapes and sizes. Our favourite is the long hot and red variety that Greg from Block 11 organic farms has grown to perfection in the past few seasons.
