Their pigs are ethically raised in Limestone, North Victoria with respect for quality and animals.
Drink to pair with - A pinot noir, king of burgundy, is the first option here to pair the intense and clean salty ham flavours underlined by powerful parsley aromas and delicate spice from the mustard it calls for a red wine with generosity and low tannins Or a rose with body from the same grape variety. Beer, pale ale style with character or amber ale are also good companions.
