My Order


We are open for pickup every day except Public Holidays from 8am to 3pm

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup, usually within the hour during operating times.


Once your order is received, we will prepared your package within the hour and sent it out for delivery.

Once your package is ready for delivery and based on your location, you should receive your order within 1 hour, 3 hours, or same day before 7pm depending the service applied to your order.

Your order is packaged using recyclable, compostable, and natural materials.

If your order contains any refrigerated or frozen items, we use wool-insulated packaging to maintain the safest temperature.

Yes, some items are available with the additional option to be gift wrapped. However, don't hesitate to contact us if you would like us to help you with a special present.

You can reach out to us here and request any change or cancelation within 1 hour or ordering if between 8am and 3pm.

If you order has already been sent for delivery, your order will not be able to be changed or canceled.

Any orders placed between 3pm and 7am the next day can be changed or canceled any time.

If your order is cancel, you will be refunded automatically.

If you missed the 60-minute window, be sure to contact us as soon as possible. This will help ensure that we're able to cancel the order for you, though we can't guarantee it.


We accepts returns on products for non refrigerated and non frozen packaged items, within 30 days of delivery. Simply get in touch with us so we can hep you further.

Just keep these guidelines in mind:

Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.Gift cards are not eligible for returns.We can only accept returns for items that are in a sealed packaging and not refrigerated or frozen.If an item is damaged, please send us a message with photos so we can take care of it (and let our vendors know).Otherwise we will be happy to refund the item if you are not 100% happy with it.

Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to replace or refund you for the item.

Please contact us as soon as possible within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and any photos you can share of the damage—we’ll set you up with a replacement or refund right away!

If you receive an item that's defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'd be happy to send you a replacement—but we're otherwise unable to offer an exchange. Instead, we'd be happy to process a return for you. You'll then be able to place a new order for the product you'd prefer.

Delivery & Tracking

We use a courier services for all our deliveries. Your order is delivered within a wool insulated packaging so it does not require refrigerated transport. Therefore all deliveries are made by car, motorbike, or bicycle depending on the driving distance and the package's weight.

Yes, you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatch. With this link you will be able to follow and get updates on the journey of your package.

Yes, wether for store pickup or delivery, you will have available time slots to choose from at checkout.

Your delivery options will be based on the driving distance from our deli to your address as well as cut-off times. 

Postcodes within 5km | 2 hour delivery cut-off 2pm | $15.0 or FREE for orders over $120

Postcodes up to 15km | 3 hour delivery cut-off 1pm | $22.5 or FREE for orders over $160

When choosing free pickup at checkout, you will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
