Gleaned from the sun-kissed hillsides of Gargano, Bio Orto's organic Pomodoro Pelati are a cult favorite. Three simple ingredients—tomatoes, water, and salt—leave nothing between you and the fresh-picked flavor. Hand-picked to retain their consistency, these tomatoes are quickly blanched, manually peeled, and sealed in natural water and salt to deliver the essence of a just-harvested bounty. Finally, they're sealed in glass jars, ensuring quality and freshness.

Ingredients: peeled tomatoes (64%), water and salt.

Pairings: ideal for the preparation of pizza sauce base, meat stew, stewed squid, tomato gruel and tomato eggs.

Harvest period: July/August.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
